Volunteer Shabbat

Want to honor and say thank you to an Oseh Shalom congregant who has exemplified what it means to be an engaged Synagogue member by being a super volunteer?  Super volunteers are people who regularly and consistently contribute their time to help Oseh Shalom operate and thrive. Fill out this form with your nomination(s)  by January 3rd at 5pm.  Make it sweeter with an optional chai ($18) or double chai ($36) donation to the Oseh Shalom fund of your choice.  Honorees will be recognized at the Friday January 31st  2025 7:30pm service in special program booklet followed by a special desert Shabbat.

Each form allows 2 nominees.  Multiple forms may be filled out.
