This year we are again planning to have a mixture of online and in-person services for the High Holy Days.  All services will be streamed via zoom and all members and their guests will be given the password for online services.

-Erev Rosh Hashanah (Sept 25th),
-Rosh Hashanah morning day one and day two (Sept 26th and 27th),
-Kol Nidre (Oct 4th), and
-Yom Kippur morning and afternoon (martyrology, Minchah and Neilah) (Oct 5th). 

This form is to sign up for services in the main sanctuary, break the fast, the sukkah hop, the greetings and Yiskor booklets, Lulav and Etrog, and Mahzor ordering, and making donations . For the Children's Program & Tent Services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, please fill out the form  here. Deadline for filling out the online forms  is August 29. As you fill in the forms, additional fields may appear depending on your choices. If you have any issues after you submit a form (i.e.: a misspelled name, a change in numbers attending, additional donations), please send an email to HHD2022@oseh-shalom.org with your changes.

At this time, we are planning to allow non-members to attend in person.  If Covid conditions change, we may not be able to accept non-member reservations.
   All High Holy Day Services $150 per Adult
   All High Holy Day Services $75 per Child (Age 6-25)
   One Service $75 per Adult
   One Service $50 per Child (Age 6-25)
   Children under 6-No Charge
   Active Military - No Charge (Military ID required)
   Full Time Student - No Charge (Student ID required)

Please indicate any guests that will be staying with you below as Additional Adults or Dependent Children (under 25) who will be attending the main services. Please note the different categories of guests and the required documentation for each; documentation should be sent to hhd2022@oseh-shalom.org.
Reciprocal Affiliation: Confirming letter of membership in good standing at affiliated synagogue on its letterhead required.
Unaffiliated: No documentation required
Milliary or Full-time Student: Copy of relevant ID required
Join us for Break the Fast on Oct 5 at the conclusion of services.  Catered by Putting on the Ritz.

   Break The Fast on Oct 5 $40 per Adult
   Break the Fast on Oct 5 $20 per Child (6 to 12)

VOLUNTEERS

We will be needing volunteers to help facilitate the process both for in-person services and with Zoom.  Please let us know if you are able to volunteer. A link to the volunteer form will be provided in your confirmation email once you complete this form.

This is the perfect time to reach out to your extended Jewish family and send your best wishes. Your High Holy Days greeting/message will be posted on the Oseh Shalom web site.  A limited number of booklets will be printed, so if you do not have access to a computer or need a hard copy of the booklet please contact the office at 301-498-5151. Go ahead – say “Happy New Year!” – wish everyone well – your friends and family will have a sweet start to the New Jewish Year 5783.
